All bookings are arranged via email and confirmed once details, availability, and payment terms have been agreed. Prices may vary depending on the size, scope, and nature of the service required.
 

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property during the agreed service time. While every care is taken, The Cotswold Organisation Co. cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage or wear within the home.
 

Cancellations or changes to bookings should be made as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.
