Refund Policy

As all services are arranged on a bespoke basis, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
 

If a service is cancelled prior to the agreed date, any refund or payment adjustment will be discussed and agreed at the time of cancellation. Once a service has been carried out, refunds are not generally provided.
 

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work towards a fair and reasonable resolution.
